James Keith Posey is the Worship & Music Ministry Director for Ginghamsburg United Methodist Church, as well as an arranger and composer. He coordinates the worship design team that creates the message, music, and media for powerful worship celebrations weekly. He also articulates and implements the vision for music ministry across the congregation for adults, students, and children, and gives leadership to the musicians and vocalists who desire to help others experience God’s presence through mission-driven music. Previously James Keith was the director of music for a large United Methodist Church in Gulf Shores, Alabama, has served as guest worship leader and choir director for the Alabama-West Florida United Methodist Church Conference, and produced the Stained Glass Bluegrass Festival in Gulf Shores. Before committing to full-time ministry, he was a professional actor, appearing in U.S. touring companies across 35 states, as well as Chicago and New York City.
